Generally, a venue coordinator (also known as an Event Manager) takes care of everything that is venue-related. This means that they are taking care of their venue staff, handling garbage, ceremony and reception set-up, and other venue-related tasks. While the Event Manager works for the venue, a day-of-coordinator works for YOU! A coordinator’s top priority is ensuring a stress-free day for you, the client. I help facilitate your event timeline, set up and tear down of all decor, and communicate with and manage vendors on the day of your event! I am there to make sure that you are present and enjoy your special day :)

Clients typically book my services 6-12 months out from their event date- especially if the event falls during peak season (May-October). The earlier you reach out, the more likely it is that I will be available for your date. That said, if your timeline is a little tighter, reach out anyway! If I have availability, I would love to help :)
-
After you inquire, I will reach out to schedule a free discovery call. In this call, we will talk about your event more generally, so that I can get a good understanding of your vision! We will also discuss which service(s) you would be interested in. This is great for us to get to know each other and determine if we would be a good fit :) After the call, I will send you a booking proposal and contract that you will sign. Once those are signed, I will send you an invoice to pay a deposit of the service you are booking to secure your date. After I receive the payment, you are officially booked!
-
For wedding related services, a 25% deposit is due after the invoice is sent to secure your date.
For special event services, a 50% deposit is due after the invoice is sent to secure your date.
The deposit that you make on the service you are booking will go toward the total balance!

Travel fees apply to events greater than one hour from my home (see either the ‘Weddings’ or ‘Special Events’ tab for what the fees are). Aside from travel fees, I do not have any other expenses. Each service has a description of what is included in my price! No hidden fees ever- I will always be transparent with you :)

Life happens- I understand!
If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate your new date depending on my availability. A rescheduling fee may apply, and any changes will be outlined in our contract.
If you need to cancel entirely, your initial deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and covers the time and work already invested. Any additional payments made may be refundable depending on how close we are to your event date.
This policy will be clearly outlined in the contract, and I will always be happy to walk you through it!
