All special events pricing includes a base price determined by the guest count, plus an additional rate of $20 per hour for event coordination services.  Base price includes:

• Free Consultation

• 2 scheduled planning meetings

• Day of event management

• RSVP Management

• Vendor Sourcing

• Vendor Point of Contact

• Set-Up & Tear-Down Management​ of Decor

• ​Custom Invites and Thank You Cards

Note:  Flat travel fees will be applied for events greater than 1 hour from the planner’s home. The planner will not travel for events greater than 3 hours from her home. 

• $25 for 1.5 hours away 

• $75 for 2 hours away

• $125 for 2.5 hours away

• $175 for 3 hours away
